About The Role

Location: Berlin-based (we will consider very strong candidates from the rest of the EU).

We are seeking a highly proactive individual who can drive new growth by targeting projects that aren't already building on Evmos. As the Ecosystem Onboarding and Success Manager, you will be responsible for developing an active and prosperous ecosystem of value creation on the Evmos blockchain, work with existing ecosystem projects and report directly to the Chief Product Officer (CPO), Daniel. If successful, this candidate will bring new projects, brands and users to the Evmos Ecosystem.

• Source leads: Find dApps and business looking to use EVM infrastructure and identify potential revenue streams of selling business licenses.
• Sell: Pitch, listen, and convince to get dApps to build on Evmos or use our software. Be a liaison for projects to feel supported with any obstacles they face.
• Prioritize: Identify missing building blocks in the Evmos ecosystem and define strategic priorities. Assess and collaborate with reputable and anticipated projects.
• Document effectively: Structure collaborations between Evmos and prospective/existing projects and track your progress and project assessments in the internal CRM. Listen to and collect feedback, reporting it to the product team to help refine and improve our software.
• Project Management: Execute cross-functional projects involving Partners, Ecosystem contributors, and the core Evmos team. Demand deliverables and be annoying about timelines.
• Be everywhere: Serve as the primary point of contact between validators, governance, independent contributors to the ecosystem, and the core Evmos team. Establish a strong presence in the blockchain community and Evmos ecosystem, representing Evmos in various events. Plan and execute events like webinars, office hours, AMAs, and other partner/community engagements to communicate and educate Ecosystem participants about initiatives, opportunities, and updates within the community.
• Keep in Sync: Be the voice of the customer and work with product, marketing, engineering teams to help drive use cases for the Evmos blockchain. Support existing projects within the Evmos ecosystem and coordinate players in the ecosystem to successfully launch on Evmos.
  
  

Who we are looking for

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role in either the Cosmos- or Ethereum ecosystem
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with multiple teams simultaneously
• Can bring existing web3 relationships and has an understanding of Ecosystem components
• Works autonomously, creating and adhering to your own goals and desired outcomes for the team
• Solid understanding of blockchain technology and DeFi ecosystems - active DeFi user with hands-on experience is a plus!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid ability to identify and collaborate with reputable projects and support their goals of building on Evmos
• Willingness to travel
• Technical understanding of how blockchain applications work behind the scenes and analytic abilities to understand their differentiators
