    As the Business Development Manager, you'd serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to partner concerns and needs. You'd have the responsibility of building and strengthening partner relationships to achieve long-term partnerships. Maintain accurate partner records, keeping track of any new partnerships and retargeting opportunities. You'd also have a hand in developing strategic plans and ensure KPIs are being met and develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings.


    • Handle inquiries and requests from partners and address their needs
    • Have an in-depth understanding of the customer's needs and are responsible for communicating common customer behaviors to the business, marketing, product, and legal teams
    • Listen to customer needs and escalate and champion the feedback to internal teams, develop strategic and retargeting plans to create long term partnerships
    • Generate progress reports for partners counterparts within the organization
    • Maintain detailed support documentation
    • Conduct ecosystem research on the new and existing developments in the Ethereum staking industry. Detecting and generating new business opportunities.


    • At least 3 years' experience in business development or sales
    • 1-2 years' experience in blockchain/web3 industry
    • Experience in working with a CRM
    • Strong presentation skills
    • People person and outgoing personality
    • Great at building strong rapports and relationships
    • Ability to multitask and juggle between several responsibilities simultaneously
    • Strong english written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Familiar with ETH and POS - Advantage
